Jewelry Brand Zuvelio Tackles Tariff Worries for U.S. Shoppers
Buying jewelry from abroad can be exciting — until the delivery arrives with surprise duty fees. For many U.S. customers, that’s been the biggest hesitation when ordering from international jewelers.
Zuvelio, a Jaipur-based brand known for its lab-grown diamond and moissanite jewelry, is addressing the issue head-on. The company has introduced Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping, a service that takes care of all customs duties and taxes before the package leaves India.
That means the price U.S. shoppers see at checkout is the final price they’ll pay — no hidden charges at the door.
“An engagement ring is a once-in-a-lifetime purchase. We don’t want our customers worried about tariffs or unexpected fees. With DDP shipping, we’re making the process simple and stress-free,” said Zuvelio’s founder, Jitender Soni.
To make the system reliable, Zuvelio has partnered with UPS and DHL, ensuring faster customs clearance and transparent delivery. The brand has also set up a dedicated logistics team to oversee DDP shipments, so every order gets personal attention from checkout to doorstep.
“Luxury should feel joyful, not complicated. With DDP, our U.S. customers can shop just like they would locally, with complete confidence,” added Jayant Soni, Zuvelio’s Co-Founder and Chief Designing Officer.
The move fits with Zuvelio’s mission of making luxury jewelry both affordable and accessible. By combining customizable design with stress-free delivery, the brand hopes to make international shopping as smooth as buying from the store down the street.
