Took forever for usps to receive the item from the seller, then to actually ship and then it was extremely late ( they had to put two different shipping timelines ) . The box arrived pretty smashed , luckily the seller packed the item super well (literally layers and layers of protection) . The ring has a beautiful clarity and glimmer. They are arguing with me about this and insisting I approved it, when in fact, as soon as I saw the video of “my” ring, I contacted them with my concern about the prongs. They just don’t want to refund me the $2,000 I paid for this, even though I got something completely different, and too painful to wear. Additionally, Daniel kept putting me of and delaying answering my request to return this by giving excuses after excuses. I did not receive what was pictured and therefore, my return complies with their return guidelines. But they are being unscrupulous and forcing me to file a case with etsy, paypal, and mastercard.
