1. Overview

Zuvelio ships worldwide from our workshop in Jaipur, India. Every shipment is carefully packaged to protect your jewellery during transit. This Shipping Policy governs all shipping, delivery, and related matters for orders placed at www.zuvelio.com.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed following successful payment confirmation.

  • Standard jewellery items: 1–2 business days processing before dispatch.
  • Made-to-order items: Typically 7–21 business days depending on the piece — confirmed at time of order.
  • Custom-designed items: Production timelines confirmed individually before production commences.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Business days are Monday to Saturday (excluding Indian public holidays).

Important: All delivery timelines are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Zuvelio is not liable for delays within reasonable tolerances.

4. Shipping Carriers

We ship with reputable international carriers including FedEx, DHL, UPS, India Post EMS, and equivalent services depending on your destination. The carrier selected will be communicated in your dispatch notification email.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment on the carrier's website.

If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of your expected dispatch date, please contact us at sales@zuvelio.com.

6. Packaging and Security

We take the security of your jewellery seriously:

  • All items are packed in premium, protective jewellery boxes and secured with padding to prevent movement.
  • Shipments are dispatched in discreet, unmarked outer packaging for security.
  • All shipments are fully insured up to the declared value of the order.
  • Signature confirmation is required upon delivery for orders above USD 200 (or equivalent).
  • High-value orders may require additional identity verification before dispatch.

7. International Shipping — Important Notes

7.1 Customs Duties and Import Taxes

International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, or other fees imposed by their country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in the order total and will be collected by the local customs office at the time of delivery.

We recommend checking your country's import regulations for jewellery and precious stones before placing an order. Zuvelio will not be liable for any additional charges, delays, or refusals caused by customs processing.

7.2 Customs Declarations

We are required by law to accurately declare the contents and value of all international shipments on customs documentation. We do not under-declare the value of shipments for customs purposes, as this is illegal and voids shipment insurance.

7.3 Restricted Destinations

Some countries may have restrictions on the import of jewellery, precious gemstones, or high-value goods. It is your responsibility to confirm that your order can legally be imported to your destination before purchasing. Zuvelio reserves the right to refuse shipment to countries where we are unable to guarantee safe and legal delivery.

We currently do not ship to destinations subject to international trade sanctions or where export of jewellery is prohibited under applicable law.

8. Delivery Address Requirements

Please ensure your delivery address is complete, accurate, and includes a valid phone number for carrier contact.

  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses — a physical street address is required.
  • Complete street address including city, state/province, postal code, and country name.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or because the customer failed to collect the package from the carrier's depot within the required timeframe, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment. We will contact you to confirm re-shipment charges before proceeding.

Zuvelio is not responsible for goods delivered to an incorrect address where that address was provided by the customer.

9. Risk and Title

Risk in your jewellery passes to you upon delivery to the delivery address confirmed in your order. Title (legal ownership) also passes upon delivery.

Once the item has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Zuvelio's direct liability is limited to the insured value of the shipment. In the event of loss or damage in transit, we will assist you in making a claim with the carrier and insurer.

10. Delivery Issues — What To Do

Package not received

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 48 hours at sales@zuvelio.com. We will investigate with the carrier.

Package damaged in transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged, document the damage with photographs before opening, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will initiate an insurance claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.

Package lost in transit

If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days (domestic) or 20+ business days (international), contact us and we will initiate a carrier investigation and insurance claim on your behalf.

Wrong item received

Do not open or use the item. Contact us within 48 hours with photographs and your order number. We will arrange the correct item to be sent and collect the incorrect item at our expense.

11. Express Shipping Fees

Express shipping fees are non-refundable once the item has been dispatched from our workshop. If you cancel an order before dispatch, express shipping fees paid will be refunded. After dispatch, these fees are retained.

12. Holiday Periods

During peak seasons (e.g., Diwali, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day) processing and delivery times may be extended. We recommend placing orders at least 3–4 weeks in advance of any critical date during these periods. Advance notice of extended timelines will be posted on our website.
