These Terms of Service, together with our Return & Exchange Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Policies"), govern your use of www.zuvelio.com and every purchase made through it. By visiting, browsing, or purchasing from this Website, you agree to be bound by all of these Policies.

If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you must not access or use this Website or place an order.

3. Our Products

Zuvelio operates as a direct-to-consumer fine jewellery brand specialising in lab-grown diamonds and moissanite. We offer engagement rings, wedding bands, fine jewellery, and loose stones — most of which are made to order from our workshop in Jaipur, India.

We have made every effort to accurately represent our products. However, due to screen settings, photographic conditions, and natural variation in gemstones and metals, actual products may vary slightly from their online representation. We do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, pricing, or availability are error-free at all times.

All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Placing an Order

4.1 Offer and Acceptance

When you submit an order on zuvelio.com, you are making an offer to purchase the goods at the specified price. Your order is not accepted until you receive an Order Confirmation email from Zuvelio confirming that your order has been accepted and payment has been processed.

An automated acknowledgement email sent immediately after checkout does not constitute acceptance of your order.

4.2 Your Obligations

By placing an order, you warrant and represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
• All information provided — including your name, shipping address, payment details, and contact information — is accurate, current, and complete.
• You are purchasing for personal or household use, and not for commercial resale or export without our prior written consent.
• You have reviewed your order carefully before submission, as changes to accepted custom orders may not be possible once production has commenced.

4.3 Our Right to Decline or Cancel Orders

Zuvelio reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• The item is out of stock or the required materials are unavailable.
• A pricing or product description error occurred on the website.
• Payment could not be confirmed, was flagged as suspicious, or was reversed by the payment provider.
• The order is suspected to involve fraud or misrepresentation.
• A technical error during checkout resulted in incorrect pricing.
• Export restrictions or legal requirements in the customer's jurisdiction prevent fulfilment.
• An event beyond our control (force majeure) makes fulfilment impossible.

In the event of a Zuvelio-initiated cancellation where payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Prices and Taxes

All prices displayed on our website are in the currency selected by you at checkout.

Zuvelio reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed in your Order Confirmation email.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, displayed prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges applicable in the customer's country. International customers are solely responsible for such charges, which are collected by local customs authorities upon delivery and are not the responsibility of Zuvelio.

Prices in foreign currencies are indicative and subject to exchange rate fluctuations. The final amount charged will be in the currency confirmed at checkout.

6. Payment

We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Afterpay, Affirm, and JCB.

All transactions are processed through secure, SSL-encrypted payment gateways. Zuvelio does not store your full card details on its servers.

Payment must be received and confirmed in full before your order enters production. In the event of a failed or reversed payment, your order will be cancelled and you will be notified.

Zuvelio may decline to process a payment or place an order on hold if:

• The name on the card does not match the name on the order.
• Our fraud detection systems identify a potential irregularity.
• Your financial institution declines or flags the transaction.
• The card has expired or insufficient funds are available.

In these cases, we may request additional verification before proceeding. If verification is not provided within a reasonable timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

7. Production and Lead Times

Most Zuvelio items are made to order. Standard production lead times are communicated on each product page and in your order confirmation. Custom pieces may require additional time, which will be confirmed with you individually before production commences.

Production timelines are estimates only. Delays may occur due to material availability, peak order periods, or circumstances beyond our control. Zuvelio will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from delays within reasonable tolerances.

8. Shipping and Delivery

All shipping, delivery timelines, tracking, customs responsibilities, and related matters are governed by our Shipping Policy at www.zuvelio.com/pages/shipping-policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

Risk in the goods and legal title passes to you upon delivery to the delivery address confirmed in your order. Once the item is transferred to the shipping carrier, Zuvelio's direct liability is limited to the insured value of the shipment.

9. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

All returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refund matters are governed exclusively by our Return & Exchange Policy at www.zuvelio.com/pages/refund-policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. By placing an order, you agree to those terms in full.

10. Overdue Payment and Uncollected Goods

10.1 Overdue Payment

If a balance payment (for example, on a staged-payment or layaway order) remains unpaid for more than 28 calendar days following a payment request, Zuvelio reserves the right to cancel the order and repurpose or resell the item as partial recovery of production costs. We will make every reasonable effort to contact the customer before exercising this right.

10.2 Uncollected Goods

For customers who have arranged to collect their order in person, goods not collected within 28 days of notification that the order is ready will be subject to a final collection notice. If the goods remain uncollected after 90 days from the final notice with no response, Zuvelio reserves the right to dispose of the goods.

11. Warranty

Zuvelio stands behind the quality of its craftsmanship. All items come with a standard manufacturing warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Full warranty terms are available at www.zuvelio.com/pages/warranty.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, damage caused by improper care, or modifications carried out by third parties.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including brand names, logos, product photographs, product descriptions, videos, blog content, design elements, and software — is the exclusive property of Zuvelio Jewels Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

25. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to informal resolution through our customer service team at info@zuvelio.com.

If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

International customers retain any mandatory consumer protection rights they hold in their country of residence, which these Terms cannot override.
